Repair completed and on time I scheduled a recall repair on my 2011 Toyota Avalon and the repair was completed and ready in the time I was advised it would take. Scott presente I scheduled a recall repair on my 2011 Toyota Avalon and the repair was completed and ready in the time I was advised it would take. Scott presented an alignment review showing the front toe out of alignment and advised he could complete the alignment repair if I could stay a while longer. I opted to leave without the alignment as I had other commitments that afternoon. Based on Scott's professionalism I will be reviewing my schedule and try to schedule the alignment repair over the next couple weeks. More
