Beto Lopez was exceptional - from the time he introduced himself to when he left us in our new car. Beto listened to what we wanted, asked us great questions, gave thorough explanations, and helped us to bo himself to when he left us in our new car. From the minute our car left Japan to when it was off the truck at the dealership, Beto kept us abreast of where it was, what was happening, and what would happen next. He even sent us a video of the outside and inside of the car as soon as it got off the truck! The paperwork dealing with the sale of our old car and the purchase of the Rav4 Hybrid was extremely organized and efficient. Both Patricks were great to work with! Beto introduced us to our new car in great detail, making sure we understood how everything worked (inside and outside) and giving us many opportunities to ask questions (which he thoroughly answered). The only negative we have, not related to Beto or Inver Grove Toyota, is with the tires Toyota is putting on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid.
