My lease was due to expire in the near future When a business does something well, they ought to hear about it. Last week I was researching new cars. My lease was due to expire in the near future and I was exploring my options. I had spoken with a sales rep, the current situation prevented me from moving forward; or so I thought. I was also working with another dealer. My goal was to lower my monthly payments. So I was considering a smaller vehicle (2016 Honda Civic) than I currently have (2013 Avalon). Lindsay Wagner, the sales rep at IG Toyota, became aware of the situation and reached out to me. Her call was unsolicited on my part.
