We saw an ad for an older model RAV-4 and drove down on a rainy Tuesday evening to check it out. Within minutes of arrival we were out for a road test, and shortly after that we made a cash offer, which was accepted in the space of about 3 minutes. By my estimate, we were probably only at IGT for about 90 minutes, and drove home with our "new" vehicle very pleased with the experience. Mack was very polite, pleasant to talk to, efficient, and got answers to all our questions right away. We were especially grateful for such good service because we'd taken several weeks to look at a lot of vehicle options, in a lot of places. So it was a pleasant surprise to wind up this long process with no pressure, and a decision we both felt good about. The process of scheduling over the phone was very easy, but my experience during my visit was really amazing. From the minute Paige, the service technician walked up to greet me in my car, I felt more like I was coming back to a familiar service department than checking out a totally new one. The waiting area was very spacious and comfortable, and even though only plate glass separated it from the main entrance of the service department, the environment in the waiting area was virtually soundproof. Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning to Inver Grove Toyota for future service needs. I'm also likely to consider them the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More

Beat my best price and no hassles When I finally found a best price for my vehicle on TruCar, Inver Grove Toyota (not a TruCar dealer) honored 3 different incentives (Vehicle, Dealer, When I finally found a best price for my vehicle on TruCar, Inver Grove Toyota (not a TruCar dealer) honored 3 different incentives (Vehicle, Dealer, AMEX) and beat that deal with another 10% of the difference between their offer and my research. I walked in ready to battle, and left with a new car. They also gave me a reasonable trade in for my old Toyota which becomes a much better deal as the trade in value is deducted from the purchase price before taxes. I could have sold for more personally, but then would have had to pay tax again on that sale, plus the hassle of advertising and dealing with disreputable buyers on the internet. The tax savings improved the deal about $1,000. Also received an $800 discount (prior Toyota owner) on 6 additional years of bumper to bumper warranty. I don't usually buy these, but the net price to me of $1,600 for a total of 8 years protection (plus free road side assistance) seemed reasonable. They still do the "back room approval" of your offer, and a second salesman comes in to sell you rust protection and various high margin options. I don't care for that tactic, but it was easy to say "no". On an individual basis, Jim Hayes was wonderful to deal with. Excellent at follow up, and was always ready for us when we came into the dealership. More
