There were so many great cars but when Bryan talked to us and did a needs and wants analysis, he quickly narrowed down our search and put us in a vehicle to try out. We really liked it. He made sure it was the right car for us and also gave us other options in case "used" was what we truly preferred (because that is what we said we wanted). When we crunched the numbers the new car was a really great buy! The car has every bell and whistle we were looking for. They were so accommodating and quick. Randy made sure the process was a smooth one and entertained us while we waited for the amazing Aleaha to work on our financing. She is friendly, succinct and speedy (you have a star in that one)! I appreciate that everyone was so welcoming and accommodating and really made it known that they were they to serve us. I have purchased enough cars in my life to be very sure that this is not the case in a typical car purchase, so I really felt great when I left IG Toyota and I am sure to return. The van was ready to go as soon as we go there; the dealership evaluated our trade in while we were test driving the new vehicle. When we returned, there was no haggling. She understood we were busy and gave us the best price she could and told us if there was anything further she could do, to let her know. We then went to another dealership and it was the typical "waste your time" experience. This was, by far, the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience to date.
