The lovely administrative staff person that wrote up the paperwork, explained the warranty and accepted my personal check was super warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Mgmt, sales and admin had to stay late on a holiday Friday night to close my sale and get me on my way. I am trusting that the service staff will be just as experienced, friendly and responsive if I need them. More
