Very poor quality of accessories applied. Purchased the Minnesota package and got the car back in way dirtier condition after driving over and hour to get there. They kept the car and we came back the next day to it a little bit better but still had to have them fix it for a 3rd time while we waited there and still left with new scratches and rubbing compound on the vehicle. It is a brand new 2023 Camry. With this quality of service I don’t think the ceramic coating was every done and the manager had never called me like they were supposed to. Very disappointed in the transaction regret buying the service from them and almost regret buying the car in general. Will go through somewhere else as they don’t care for quality customer service. The sales guy Steve was fantastic though. He gets 5 stars. More
