Had a great buying experience at Inver Grove, coming home with a new 2019 Camry. I can say that this buying experience was the smoothest I’ve had yet. Jim Hayes was great to work with, and made me feel welcome and like he cared about what I wanted. We had been discussing options for a few months as my mileage limit on my lease was coming due, even though it was not up in terms of time. He put up with all my emails and questions, always willing to answer them! He definitely wanted to make sure I was happy and excited about the car, and not buying just because I had to. No pressure to buy a more expensive version, and they were very willing to work out numbers for me that were acceptable. There were some scratches that I found after I got home (hard to see) and a simple phone call got me an appointment to get them repaired. Definitely worth the drive all the way from the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area! If you are in the market for a vehicle and want a low pressure sale, ask for Jim! More

The previous night I test drove a competitor’s vehicle at different dealership and was 75% sure I was buying that vehicle. But overnight, I did a little more research and decided to try a RAV4. It was just after 9 am and was met by Chuck with a very genuine welcome. I told him I was interested in the Adventure trim on the RAV4, he asked me about exterior colors. I said from looking online I was certain I didn’t want the blue flame and drove a different color. The vehicle was fun to drive. I knew immediately that this was going to be the vehicle. I’m usually pretty conservative, but really felt it was such a fun vehicle it needed a color to match. My husband convinced me to go for the blue! Chuck worked with us to make the deal happen and took the time to make sure the new RAV4 was detailed to perfection before delivery! More
