Jim Hayes is a Superstar!!! This is the second time I have worked with Jim leasing a car, and he has taken amazing care of me both times. I am not in a position where I can be ca This is the second time I have worked with Jim leasing a car, and he has taken amazing care of me both times. I am not in a position where I can be cavalier about my budget, and Jim has done everything in his power to make things work for me, even when it doesn’t seem like there is anything more to be done. On top of that, he has never made me feel like I am wasting his time or that I am any less important just because I need to be more cautious about how much I am spending. I will continue to come back and ask for him - I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves! I am very grateful for all that he did for me. More

Great car-buying experience I had been to 4 other dealers before going to Inver Grove Toyota. My daughter went with me this time and MacKenzie greater us. I knew I wanted a hig I had been to 4 other dealers before going to Inver Grove Toyota. My daughter went with me this time and MacKenzie greater us. I knew I wanted a highlander and was interested in both new and preowned certified inventory. MacKenzie was knowledgeable, allowing a test drive and talked us through differences and similarities between the vehicles and warranties. Out of all 4 dealers she was the only sales person who asked for our business but was very mellow and not at all pushy. Bingo! 2 days later I went back with my husband and we purchased a new highlander and my daughter purchased a Rav 4 that hadn’t even hit the lot yet but MacKenzie made it happen for her. The negotiations were smooth with no drama. When I brought the car back for the protection packages there was an issue unrelated to the service department. But service was very helpful and MacKenzie came back to make sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you MacKenzie and IGT for a good experience for both my daughter and I. And, to all you male sales people and the previous dealers I visited, you not only lost 1 sale but 2- the second wasn’t even planned. Get a clue: women not only make major purchase decisions but we can also negotiate. MacKenzie got it. Kudos! More

Been Flawless Service Until last Service date Bought my 2018 Camry in for 32000 miles services. Been loyal customer for many years. Today strangest occurrence happened. Made me upset to say th Bought my 2018 Camry in for 32000 miles services. Been loyal customer for many years. Today strangest occurrence happened. Made me upset to say the least. What was a usual 1 hour or so service turned into 4 hours plus a day. Service Advisor got me after service was done. Paid for services, then refunded later on. But still inconvenienced during whole process. Got the keys only to notice not mine! My car was lost. Found out car and services got mixed up with another customer. Found car after 2 hours searching the mystery. Wound up getting radio updates (Apple IOS) unknown to me it was needed, plus services. Had to cancel work appointments due to waiting at dealer. Got into my car only to find out my Sirius radio system was disabled and was not working. Went back to dealer and spoke to service manager. Got me a loaner and Inver Grove made arrangement with installer of system to reinstall system. Took until next morning to get my car delivered back to my house. The whole episode of how this could happen still baffles me? All works fine but what cluster F. Hopefully Inver Grove Toyota will learn from this service episode and no other patron will have to go through this aggregation again. More
