Efficient I called Darin Wald and told him I would like to lease another Rav4. Chuck approached us very naturally and was very friendly. He got us set up with a test drive right away based on what we told him, no pressuring questions. We decided to start paperwork and the whole process was very smooth and easy. The whole process took a bit of time, but every staff person we worked with was friendly and laid back. All options were explained with no pressure, until we worked out what was best for us. We had our youngest with us and they were great with her as well! All around a very good car buying experience! I am a long-time Totyota owner/lessee, and continue to be very impressed and quite satisfied with the design, engineering, quality, smooth ride and especially low to no maintenance of Toyota. Danny was very personable and easy to work with. He was thorough, patient and answered all our questions fully. We took some test ride and walked through the lot to look for colors.
