If you value your health, RUN to another dealer. The service has gone completely downhill the past few years, so there's no reason going back. I found another place to do the repair for over $115 cheaper and they stated they take COVID seriously. I've always been seeing a lot of complaints stating people are getting charged ridiculously high prices and are suddenly having repairs done that have recently been done. It really seems to me this dealership is getting very shady. Go to a family owned business where they charge less and aren't a bunch of crooks. More

I wont be back due to this man and the phone call I had with him. @Sandy wanted me to speak with him about the experience, and I regret doing this, as it only got me more fired up, especially when he wouldn't listen and then just hung up the phone. I bought my car from IGH Toyota a few years ago, but I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future. Its a shame as I live in Inver Grove, but will be doing my shopping (and service) elsewhere. More

My car was ready in less time than was initially given as an estimate of completion time. Over all, Inver Grove Toyota is a wonderful dealership, with a very inclusive culture, and excellent service, from sales to service and support. I will never buy anything but a Toyota ever again because their overall service is top notch nationally! More
