This week I had my vehicle in for a 70,000 mile service. My service team representative was Jennifer P. She was very kind, super professional and made my experience smooth from beginning to end. Very responsive and so helpful with any questions. The wonderful service at Ira Lexus is part of the reason I bought my second Lexus at IRA. I have never experienced a service department like Lexus. I used the valet service for this particular service. A loaner car was dropped off at my home and the valet brought my vehicle to the dealership for service. Then after service is complete they return my vehicle to my home. They are very thorough and let you know of any issues that need to be addressed immediately or in the near future. They also let you know of services available to proactively keep your vehicle in top shape which I appreciate. They consistently make the service experience 100% stress free. More
