I believe that when you stand your ground and advocate for what you want, the process goes smoother. Yesterday was my first visit to Ira Subaru and I was extremely impressed by both the facility and the people who took care of me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made my experience great. I forgot my house keys in my car and they sent an uber for me to go back so I could retrieve them without hesitation.
