I cannot say enough great things about Ira Subaru and Lindsey Pickard! The AC in my car stopped working two days before my vacation to Cape Cod. AND the intermittent starter had given me trouble. I broug Lindsey Pickard! The AC in my car stopped working two days before my vacation to Cape Cod. AND the intermittent starter had given me trouble. I brought my car in to Ira Subaru at 7:30 the day before my trip. A while later Lindsey told me that the AC condenser needed to be replaced and my starter had failed and it, too, needed to be replaced. Due to the lack of parts coming into the US, these parts were very difficult to find. Lindsey called ALL OVER trying to locate the parts needed. When she realized that the parts would not be in, in time for my vacation, Lindsey got me a loaner from Ira Subaru for my vacation. She SAVED THE DAY! A few days later, my car was repaired and ready for pick up. Lindsey was OFF that day, but still went into work to meet me and finish the paperwork! She went far above and beyond in the “Customer Service” category! My car was ready when I arrived at Ira Subaru. AC was working and the starter had been replaced. Since I had an extended warranty, the cost was minimal. Thank you Ira Subaru AND Lindsey Pickard for everything. More
