Dealership has been my go to for about 6 toyota highlanders by now. Their 2 year included service plan is a big incentive, great sales rep and the best service technicians for quality care. Service advisor angel advised to take throttle service, Ari conditioning refresh for a Corolla hybrid with 30,000 miles. Visited the dealer with the goal of purchasing an electric bZ. The first test drive vehicle was at 5% battery. We couldn’t get up to the speed of traffic on a 55mph roadway due to this. When we switched drivers, we had 1 mile of range left, driving back to the dealer on the shoulder with the hazards on and the climate control off. This could have been very dangerous, almost criminally negligent. When we finally decided on a different bZ, we couldn’t take delivery on 2/28 because it had a nail in the tire (not repaired until Monday) and wasn’t at 100% charge until the rep used a Tesla charging station. Sales guy was a nice guy but these unforced errors would’ve prevented a sale, had we not been loyal to Toyota. More
