I would find a better place to have my/your vehicle worked on. These people are working in a sausage factory. Just look around you. They need lots of cash to keep the factory going and they will do "an worked on. These people are working in a sausage factory. Just look around you. They need lots of cash to keep the factory going and they will do "anything" to keep it running! That means anything to keep the cash flowing in. Do yourself a favor and find someone trustworthy, because these people aren't. I went in for a Tire monitor reset, i.e., (TPMS), after explaining, I just bought 4 new monitors, and 4 new tires, the monitor(S) didn't turn off the warning light. They, i.e., tire shop, told me I would need to have it done by the Toyota dealer. I explained everything to the service person at Toyota; I even showed him the tire warranty, from the tire store. Plus, I, also add, I thought the A/C was not working well. I left and came back after 6 hours and waited for my service person to tell me, I had "aftermarket monitors"on new tires, (i.e., tpms) and they couldn't turn off TPMS light, I also got "Safety Inspection", which by the way cost about $200.00 dollars. i.e.,(I just Passed my State Inspection) They found I needed a belt, brake drain, and rear brake cleaning, also A/C was leaking. I get the A/C, and vehicle, was in pretty good shape. The part that hurts, I was there to reset tire monitor and to check the A/C. and thought they would have fixed one of the two things mentioned. ONLY to find my A/C is leaking water inside the passenger side and I have a broken "Fresh air switch that is not working and the inside of car is fogging up. These people mis-led me from the start and I would not Trust ANYTHING THEY SAY! I'm from Maine and travel over 300 miles to work in Massachusetts, My car is maintained in every way possible. I wouldn't venture the long Highway with a bad vehicle, whatever you may believe, I for one will not have anyone from that dealership Touch or turn a wrench on my vehicle. Do yourself a favor, stay away from the "sausage factory" dealership! More

Clean, open and seemed very busy. However the service lacked a bit of performance. I brought a 2012 Yaris for a TPMS and asked about checking vehicle for other issues it may have had However the service lacked a bit of performance. I brought a 2012 Yaris for a TPMS and asked about checking vehicle for other issues it may have had. I was told by Steve they did inspection. I told him great. I would like to start a schedule with the most important. The main concern was the tire sensor on the dash and to check A/C.. Since it there maybe recharge the A/C. 5hour later it needs evacuation and dye. And the monitors are after market, and there tool doesn't work on new sensors and tires. First Thing I told Steve was I just purchased tires and sensors and showed him the paperwork. I left with the tire light on And my found my Fan Selector knob on the floor mat. Not sure why this happened and I was charged all most $200.00 to tell me I needed a Belt, rear brakes needed cleaning/ bleeding and the A/C need recharge. Overall I have a report that cost me $200.00 and something broken on the fan Selector knob. Totally disappointed with the whole pony show. All xxxxxxand mirrors. The people out front put on a good show. I don't like bad mouthing anyone who works for a living. However I don't like being taken advantage of. More
