Rich was very personable and friendly. He listened to our needs and helped us find the right car for us, and we negotiated a great price too! Usually dealing with car sales people ranks right up there w our needs and helped us find the right car for us, and we negotiated a great price too! Usually dealing with car sales people ranks right up there with visiting a dentist for us, however, Rich was not pushy or annoying like most sales people. He actually made purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. Rich is deffinately the salesman that I reccomend at IRA. More
I went to Ira Toyota at Danvers store, after finding some vehicles on their website we wanted to see in person. Upon arrival we were greeted by Keith Handerson. He introduced Ricky Arora, who offered to answ vehicles on their website we wanted to see in person. Upon arrival we were greeted by Keith Handerson. He introduced Ricky Arora, who offered to answer any questions and help in any way possible. He was not overbearing or pushy and explained the dealerships sales philosphy in detail. We test drove at least three different vehicles and consumed at least 4 hours of Ricky's time. He was positive, patient, knowledgeable, always with a great attitude and a smile on his face even though I was jumping around looking at quite a few vehicles. After finally deciding to pursue purchasing a 2009 Scion XD, which fits in my need and budget. My purchasing experience was painless and Ricky made it a great experience. The dealership was immaculate and the service area was the same. I would recommend anyone searching for a Toyota product to visit Keith Handerson and definitely ask for Ricky Arora! More
My salesman was absolutely awesome. The whole experience right through the financing paperwork was extremely pleasant. I was promised the car on a certain day and time and it was ready when promised. The ne right through the financing paperwork was extremely pleasant. I was promised the car on a certain day and time and it was ready when promised. The negotiation process on the price was absolutely stress free and everyone involved was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to buy another Toyota from this dealership or this salesman. More
My mother and I were in the market for a new car after a very bad experience with Atlantic Toyota at lynnway, Woburn and Jaffarian Toyota. This time we did our research and went to a top rated dealership. E very bad experience with Atlantic Toyota at lynnway, Woburn and Jaffarian Toyota. This time we did our research and went to a top rated dealership. Even though we needed a car, I was a little hesitant because of our bad experience in the past. I dislike car salesman/mechanics because I feel they take advantage of people. We went to Ira Toyota of Danvers on a very cold and windy morning. To my surprise the car lot was filled with prospective buyers. We walked around for a moment and then were greeted by Ricky Aurora. He wasn't pushy at all and understood we wanted to look around on our own first. We looked around and decided to go to Honda dealership at on the same road. We went to all the other dealerships and didn't spend more than 10 minutes at each one. The other dealerships had no one there and multiple sales people following us around. We decided to go back to Ira Toyota of Danvers.I loved a 2009 Toyota Corolla Le & "S" on the lot and asked "Ricky" to let us test drive the vehicle. He was the calmest, most knowledgable salesman I ever spoke to. I tested his knowledge during the entire test drive. He never hesitated or gave a runaround answer. We decided to purchase the car after the test drive. The dealership itself has a play center for children, a mini food market, and coffee station. We were there during lunch time and Ricky offered us lunch!!! We got a great deal and they gave us a very fair price for the trade in vehicle. I will never do business with another dealership. My sister is in the market for a car and we will be bringing her to Ira Toyota of Danvers to Ricky. More
I am a big fan of Toyotas in general and am in the market for a used car so I thought I would check out Ira Toyota of Danvers. My fiance and I asked if they had any older models on the lot and they found a 9 for a used car so I thought I would check out Ira Toyota of Danvers. My fiance and I asked if they had any older models on the lot and they found a 99 Camry for us to try. However, because they claimed they did not have plates ready for it, we could only test drive it in the parking lot--not the open road. We took it for a quick drive and things seemed ok but it was hard to tell without taking it out on the highway. We were lukewarm about the car and didn't want to make any sort of commitment. But Gary and Mr. Amaral both pressured us very aggressively to put a deposit on the car, claiming that once they had it cleaned up it would "fly off the lot" and if we didn't put a deposit down we would lose the car. It was hard for us to know the true value of the car as we had not had the opportunity to research the value or really drive the car. We ended up letting ourselves be talked into putting a deposit for $500 on the car and agreeing that we would pay $8000 if we decided to buy once they had cleaned it up. That meant if we decided to buy we were locked into that price. We left feeling like we had been pressured into making a decision we were totally uncomfortable with. Upon researching the KBB value of the car and talking with several people we learned they were asking about $1500 more than they should have for that vehicle. We were luckily able to get our deposit back but because of the negative experience, the high level of pressure, and the dishonesty they displayed with the pricing of this vehicle, I would not recommend this particular Toyota dealership to anyone. Alex, the Sales Consultant has an unusual skill. He listens. He was clear, concise and stuck to what I was looking for in the car and got the price I was looking for. I told him that I would pick the listens. He was clear, concise and stuck to what I was looking for in the car and got the price I was looking for. I told him that I would pick the car up at noon time. When I wasn't there, he called me and asked me where was I. Talk about staying on top of things, I didn't have to ask any questios about how was the insurance, i.e. how was the insurance going to be transferred to the new car, the inspection and the sticker. He said everything would be taken care of, and it was. FYI: I went to two other dealers for a price on the car. IRA Toyata beat the price along with three options that were not on the other cars at the other dealerships. What does that tell you. IRA Toyota has access to base price with better options for a better price. Dave in Finance worked very hard to find the best interest rate for financing the car. Overall, I was impressed with the team at IRA Toyota. I got the car I wanted at the price I was looking for and a fair interest rate. By the way, try the coffee, it is great. When was the last time you went somewhere to buy something and you got pushed around, intimadated or pressed to buy? None of these events happened at IRA Toyota. One last point about their servicing of cars. My wife has bought two Toyota from IRA Toyota. She has bragged about their service for the past eight years. I got a funng feeling I will be doing the same. More

Ricky was very patient, he showed us all the models we were interested. He explained the features of each and the differences. I am very late in filing this. I bought a new car at IRA in Novemner. The entire staff, and especially Rich Davis were great about every aspect of the shopping and buying experience. They worked with me a in Novemner. The entire staff, and especially Rich Davis were great about every aspect of the shopping and buying experience. They worked with me and showed great concern for my special needs, my budget and my time line. Best of all, they were very professional in dealing with my desire to shop other autos (and even had me take the car I was considering to a dealer up the street) and treated me much better than the other dealer/brand I was considering. I felt they were honest, committed, friendly and concerned. More
My husband and I leased a Honda in 2005 after hearing about Keith Henderson from family. Our lease is up and after returning to Honda we learned that Keith was gone. We were very discouraged by the level about Keith Henderson from family. Our lease is up and after returning to Honda we learned that Keith was gone. We were very discouraged by the level of service we received at Honda. At 6am one morning I saw the Toyota commercial and there he was at Toyota Danverse. We made contact that same day and the rest is history! We are now riding in a GREAT Toyota RAV4 and very satisfied with the service we received from Keith. It really didn't matter what type of car it was. We trusted Keith enough to know that he would guide us in making the RIGHT choice for us. If you're looking for a down to earth professional who knows what he's talking about....Keith Henderson is the one to see. No matter what dealership he's at. When this lease is up i'll be looking to find him again! Jeremy & Nicole More
