I came to have my tires rotated and balanced. Which should be a 30 minute job at most, maybe an hour. I was upsold an alignment on top of the rotate and balance for $100 extra. Fine. After 2 hours I was told the alignment couldn’t be done because of rust and a wear item that would be $3,700 to fix. An hour later I got my truck back. So 4 hours to rotate and balance. The real kicker came when I noticed my wheel cap fell off. The tech didn’t put it back on right so now I am missing a cap. Alpesh my SA was fine but the experience was poor and I won’t ever be back. Shame, I am a Toyota fan. More
I was there for a car inspection sticker and it ended up being 4 hours because the check engine light came on for a 2025 Highlander. Had to wait 10 minutes in front of the receptionist while she talked on the phone about an apartment she was looking at. I am parked six cars in the last four years brand new and used in the last service that I had was the worst service that I have ever experienced anywhere.
