I absolutely love my new 2025 Lincoln Nautilus — it’s an exceptional vehicle, and I’m thrilled with how it drives, feels, and performs overall. I came in well-prepared and knowledgeable about the numbers, and the lack of transparency made things more difficult than they needed to be at first. Once Travis (the manager/owner) stepped in, the experience completely turned around. He acknowledged my concerns, appreciated my understanding of the numbers, and apologized for the salesperson’s reluctance. Most importantly, he handled everything with professionalism, transparency, and respect, and made sure the deal was completed smoothly. He even mentioned that feedback like mine helps make the dealership better — and that mindset really stood out to me.
