Danielle especially has always been very helpful. She's very knowledgeable about car maintenance, has great people skills, follows up and gets it all done right. I, usually, have my car serviced here and I'm assuming that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. I average about 2 hours for an oil change... a bit much bu that the tech is only going by a Manuel's recommendations as to what needs to be serviced. I average about 2 hours for an oil change... a bit much but I'm over doing oil changes at my age. My only concern is when I'm told i need a part when I know the part in question is brand new (wipers, cabin air filter etc.) All i can say is know what you need and not what the tech says you need. More
