I finally found a sales consultant that was sincere My most recent search for a new car involved extensive research into many brands and I dealt with many sales consultants. I also spoke with many KIA s My most recent search for a new car involved extensive research into many brands and I dealt with many sales consultants. I also spoke with many KIA sales staff but found most of them to not be good listeners and really didn't care about my specific needs. This changed when we met Krystal Bergmann. She listened, was attentive, knowledgeable about the cars and very proactive in getting us the car we wanted for the price we wanted, considerate of my time and had the car available quickly. She cared about customer service, not just making a sale like others do. This includes other sales staff at Island Kia. Customers, like me , expect and respect honesty from a car dealer. This was a positive experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for a KIA. I will soon be in need of an SUV to replace my expiring lease. I will see Krystal if we consider a KIA Sportage. He became frustrated and rude when we expected him to inquire about the internet pricing. When he called the manager, the manager was very unprofessional and certainly lacked customer service skills. He wanted to view the pricing and car's details over my phone instead of taking us to a computer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Anthony and Timur were a terrible respresentation of Kia. We will take our money to a dealership that treats us with respect and that have a computer with internet to verify information online. More

I would also like to say I passed other sales people and she is the only one who came up to me one passed me and the others just looked at me. Krystal Bergmann drove me to work because my car would not be ready and delivered the car to my job when it was done for this I am very greatful and appreciate what she has done. More
