Worth the trip- Excellent Service - In 7:30pm and out 9:20pm Island Kia went above my expectation for excellent service from the Internet Representative (Christine), to the Sales Representative (Krystal), the Ma Island Kia went above my expectation for excellent service from the Internet Representative (Christine), to the Sales Representative (Krystal), the Manager and Finance Director. Using True Car I found out that Island Kia had a Kia Soul + that I was looking for. I arrived at the dealer at 7:30 pm, met with Krystal who was friendly and professional. She showed me the car, which just came off the truck - went for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. The car had just arrived to the dealer and was not logged into the inventory. The Manager ran my credit, entered the car, while Krystal prepared all the documents including contacting Geico. Staff explained each step and made the car buying experience simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend Island Kia, It's staff and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from this location. More
