He took the car to two car washes to make sure it was clean when I drove it off the lot and even came in on his day off to help me finish up paperwork when I didn't have all of the necessary pieces of ID to register the vehicle the first day I came in. My only complaint about my experience at Island Toyota would be that when I called in to ask if I would be okay to purchase and register a vehicle with an out-of-state license, I was not informed over the phone that I would need to bring extra forms of identification. However, everything worked out fine and everybody at the dealership was very patient with me and happy to help with the slightly more complicated registration process. Freddy even gave me bus fare to get home when I couldn't drive the car home on the first day. Suffice it to say, the whole team went above and beyond and I am so pleased with my purchase! More

Great Experience from start to finish I had been looking, researching online, different vehicles for a few months. Trudy had made the appt, Mike Tramontana was a great help who got Al McKie to help me do the decision making. Al found the exact vehicle, I did a test drive, we worked the numbers,got my car appraised, did the paperwork,Al got my new car prepped, put the plates on and showed me the settings. I never saw Al take a break,just kept making forward progress that got the deal done. It's not easy work, Al was all business but calm and easy to work with. The Finance Dept was well organized,quick, nobody tried to sell me undercoating, etc. One note, Island Toyota service played a big part in my decision to buy here, Cecilia my rep is an ace. All in all after buying several new cars in the past 40 years this was best buying.experience. I can't count how many Dealerships I just walked out on.
