Took my truck in for a complimentary brake service because the brakes were a little soft and the service brake pad monitor was lit on the test drive when purchasing. Brought it in on May 15th to be serviced, and they said they needed to order a part. Haven't heard from them since. Now the left front tire sounds like it needs a wheel bearing and rotors replaced. When turning right the driver side tire grinds and when breaking hard the steering wheel shakes unbelievably. More

The fact that my front brakes and rotors are recommended by you to be replace And They are still under WARRANTY but YOU SAID you WONT REPLACE THEM is very upsetting.
