Terrible product and customer service I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been p I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been paid off yet! I complained to JBA and also GM corporate office. JBA charged me $130 to look at it. GM cannot do anything to help the situation. Customer service is not a priority. The transmission cannot even last until the car is paid off? Terrible product, never again. More

About a year after I purchased my car from JBA, I started to hear a noise every time I went around a turn. Jason decided to take a ride with me to hear the noise I was describing. One time around a curve and he had the noise pinpointed. He asked me what I had in my glove compartment --a flashlight was sliding around every time. Noise solved. Thank you Jason because that was driving me up the wall. More
