They tried to rip me off. Told me my battery was bad in an effort to sell me one. The battery that was in the car was only 5 months old. One lug nut was missing the beauty cap so that meant the others had swollen. What a joke. Then to top it off the technician forgot to reset the oil light and had to be called back out to do that.
