J.C. Lewis Ford does outstanding quality work. Their staff was very professional and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to work on my car on short notice. Sadly, diagnostic and repair costs are staff was very professional and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to work on my car on short notice. Sadly, diagnostic and repair costs are insane. $680 determine the cause of a Check Engine light, run a vacuum test, and change out a sensor. For a more serious issues, the repair costs might easily overlap the value of the vehicle being repaired. I'd only recommend them if I was convinced that no other mechanic in the area was competent to repair a fault with a vehicle. J.C. Lewis Ford does an excellent job, but it comes at a heavy price. When I purchased my 2011 Ford Focus from J.C. Lewis Ford in Nov, 2010, I bought a service agreement. I scheduled the final service on this agreement Nov 6, 2013. As usual, they were able to service my car o in Nov, 2010, I bought a service agreement. I scheduled the final service on this agreement Nov 6, 2013. As usual, they were able to service my car on a moment's notice. Because I had 30,200 miles on the car, they were planning to do the $400 30,000 mile check-up. The service department readily agreed to do this expensive service until they discovered that my agreement had expired Oct. 22, 2013. Not being prepared for such an expensive project on such short notice, I opted instead to have the oil changed and tires rotated. After less than a hour, my service was complete while I waited. To my delight and surprise, the service department informed me that because I had expected not to have to pay, there would be no charge! Now, these are some first class folks. They have earned my complete loyalty. More
Service was quick. The only complaint is with the price of work needed. As a old lady I live on fixed income. 1000 for brakes and rotors way to much of work needed. As a old lady I live on fixed income. 1000 for brakes and rotors way to much More
This was my first routine maintenance for my 2013 Ford Fusion. Darryl Smith and I selected a mutually convenient time for me to bring the car in and leave it for the maintenance, and an adjustment of som Fusion. Darryl Smith and I selected a mutually convenient time for me to bring the car in and leave it for the maintenance, and an adjustment of some of the electronics that I had also requested. My car was ready when scheduled. All the work was completed on time and as promised. Darryl communicates via phone and/or e-mail respondong promptly to inquiries and requests. The key word that I will used is "Dependabiity". Darryl promised that certain work would be done and that it would be completed at a stated time, and it was completed at that time. I am very pleased with Darryl Smith who was responsible for my new car's routine checkup. Combine that with the satisfaction I have from purchasing my car from Marvin Hirsch and J C Lewis Dealership, and I will recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car. Jim Farley More

My car was finished in less 4 hours! Very friendly, and extremely helpful! He even fixed my tire pressure before I left, and explained how to do it for future reference! More

Lewis and purchase a new 1988 Ford Festiva (which we still have and use). Since then we have purchased several cars (both new and used) from J. C. Lewis and are always happy with the service we receive. Currently we own (all purchased new) a1988 Ford Festiva, 2000 Ford Explorer Sport, 2011 Ford Escape. The dealership maintains them well for us. The service is great; easy to make a convenient appointment and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More
I Set up an appointment for my first 5000 mile service and inspection of my 2013 Ford Focus. Dropped off the car at 0100 PM and my car was ready by 0130. Service was fast and every one was pleasant to deal with. After paying for my service I returned to my new car to find that the mechanic had gotten back in my car with oil and grease still on his hands when he drove my car out of the service bay. I found oil on my gear shift, steering wheel, arm rest, door handle, and on the hood when he closed it. I have a white ford focus and I had just washed it the day before the service. I have leather interior and thankfully had Clorox wipes handy to clean everything before it stained. I got everything cleaned up and there was no damage so no harm done, I just feel that when you take your new car into the dealer there is a certain level of professionalism you expect. I would never get into my new car with grease, oil and grime still on my hands. I would expect this if I went to a discount fast back yard oil change service station. I was happy with the staff and the time it took for my service, however if we are sacrificing respect in other people’s property to accomplish this than I think 10 more minutes to wait while you wash your hands is not out of the question.
