Avoid this Service Center- Horrible Do not visit this service center under any circumstances. We were ripped off, lied to, and then ignored for our concerns. Cory Sparks is a con-artist. Do not visit this service center under any circumstances. We were ripped off, lied to, and then ignored for our concerns. Cory Sparks is a con-artist. He lied about the work on our vehicle and did close to $2000 work without permission or authorization and then lied and said that he had explained the work that "needed" to be done. They lied about how much the work would cost. We left multiple messages with managers for a week and no one called back. This place is shady, unprofessional, with horrible service. We thought we would try despite bad reviews and seriously regret bringing our vehicle here. General Manager Mike Offer ignored all of our calls and voicemails for over a week. Worst service center/dealership ever. I would drive hours to avoid this place. More
On vacation driving through GA going to South Florida JC Lewis Ford is a terrific dealership! I had to call them on my drive to South Florida from Michigan as my oil change light came on in my 2013 F1 5 JC Lewis Ford is a terrific dealership! I had to call them on my drive to South Florida from Michigan as my oil change light came on in my 2013 F1 50. When I got there they checked my oil as my vehicle was sending me an early 3000 mile oil change warning. The oil dipstick tube that retains the oil dipstick popped out of my valve cover and had a witness stain of oil on the valve cover. J.C. Lewis brought out a mechanic to take a look at it and saved me a lot of work, just popped the tube back in the valve cover. JC Lewis is dedicated to their customers with over 100 years of experience I saw this firsthand while just asking for an oil change! JC Lewis a five star rating ! More
They saved the day! I came to Savannah from West Virginia for a conference. On the way I started experiencing car trouble. I called the dealership on the way down and they were extremely helpful, set up an appointment for me the next day. The service department was awesome, keeping me informed via text (this was comforting because I knew nothing about Savannah and I was a little nervous about leaving my car in a strange place). They fixed my car and I'm heading home safely! Thanks and appreciation to all the folks that had a part! More
Poor communication days 1 & 2 We scheduled service. It ended up being scheduled for the Monday after the hurricane. I called Friday to reschedule. Was told the service managers We scheduled service. We never got a call but we got a notice that we missed our appointment. I had to call when I received that notice to rezchedule. The service manager didn't call us. Scheduled appointment and dropped car off. Service called me at 7:30am and said they had the car and were taking a look at it. I called them at 2:30 for status and they said they were backed up due to the hurricane which made no sense and said the had to Check it but it never would have been done the same day even if it got in on time. 2 days and $1700 later we have a new motor for the convertible top. Picking it up and spending that much money did not impress the cashier to give good customer service. Bad experience from beginning to end. We are moving business and future purchases to OC Welch. More

Dan in the service department was attentive and helpful. My issue is still unresolved due to the fact they had to order a part. Other than that I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Service anual . I did take my car for annual service. The staff was great and accommodating. However, the mechanic put traditional motor oil to my car by mistake. I did notice the error and pointed out to the seller which prompted to take the car back to flush the engine oil and replace it with the synthetic oil that was originally requested. I do hope the oil filter was replaced as well in lieu of cross contamination. I do not know if that happened. More
