Absolutely awesome! After having my Land Rover for a few years and realizing I couldn't afford the general maintenance of it, or the repairs it needed, I knew it was time After having my Land Rover for a few years and realizing I couldn't afford the general maintenance of it, or the repairs it needed, I knew it was time to trade it in. I searched all over for another SUV and finally found the one I knew I had to have. A few years older than my Rover, but it was a GMC Jimmy in excellent condition and extremely low miles. I requested information about it as soon as I saw it online, and the very next morning Tim Border emailed me back ready to get me started on making a decision. Went up to look at it a couple of times, loved what I saw so we worked out a trade-in. Everyone at the dealership was so great and helpful! My dad was concerned cuz the car pulled to the right, so Tim made sure it was sent to their service shop to get double checked and fixed up for me! They even put the truck on hold so my dad and I could make arrangements and a week later I picked it up, dropped my Rover off, and I'm as happy as can be! No Muss, No Fuss! Three years ago, Jim Mullarkey helped us decide on a 2008 Chrysler T&C to replace our 2000 model. The deal was great then and the deal was even bette Three years ago, Jim Mullarkey helped us decide on a 2008 Chrysler T&C to replace our 2000 model. The deal was great then and the deal was even better when we traded up to a 2012 Chrysler T&C Limited last weekend! We were opportunistically shopping and Jim knows I'm a die-hard T&C Limited driver, having driven one for fifteen years. He directed us to the 2012 model for a test drive on Saturday and later that day sent us a quote. On Sunday, I emailed him to write it up and we'd close it later in the week. I loved that the deal was financially sound right out of the gate, no quibbling. The trade-in on my 2008 was substantial and Barkau's refunded the unused portion of our 5-yr extended warranty. We drove off with this great 2012 T&C and a new extended warranty. I also loved that Jim was willing to work remotely with me through emails and texts--my preferred means of communication! This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Jim Mullarkey at JH Barkau and Sons. It surely won't be the last! The service trips against our warranty the past several years were also easy-peasy. Great Salesman to Work With I bought a vehicle from Jim Mullarkey last week. Jim was friendly, competent, and great to work with. Now that I've had the vehicle for a short time I bought a vehicle from Jim Mullarkey last week. Jim was friendly, competent, and great to work with. Now that I've had the vehicle for a short time, I've noticed that 2 interior bulbs are burned out, as well as 1 brake light bulb. Plus, the rear window wiper on the minivan is not working properly (it misses the window) and will have to be fixed. That seems a little penny wise and pound foolish from your service department. The dealer also made good on an honest mistake when he misquoted the price as $700 less than listed. I was also impressed with how quick they cleaned up the car and got it ready for us to pick up.
