Patrick was extremely knowledgeable about the car, yet he did not rush. My wife had two nice cups of coffee while in the showroom. Keith and Patrick really went out of their way to let us know they appreciated our return business to Freed, we were treated with a calm, friendly, informative experience which lead to firm sale. Alex made the paperwork go smoothly. He explained that Honda has a strict standards for documenting the sales transaction. He was thorough in handling our insurance transfer for the car. It was a mild sunny day in February, a good day to lease a new car. This is the third car I have leased from J. L. Freed. The total experience of returning my "old" car and choosing a new one was fun. I had space and time to change my mind, test drive, discuss financial options, and best of all, the car I specifically wanted was found and delivered in less than 72 hours. The service department at J. L. Freed is courteous, efficient, and clean. The waiting rooms are tailored to the customer. One waiting room has the television; the other is quiet with wifi hookup. Free cold bottled water is provided. I saved a couple thousand dollars over 3 years and decreased my monthly payments by $80 a month. I highly recommend J. L. Freed as the place to go and Patrick and Alex as the "go to" guys. I like dealing with these honest and good people. More
