JL Freed Honda has the best service department that I have ever dealt with in the 30 plus years I have owned a car. They are courteous, informative and they "hear" the customer with an open mind. I personally request Nick "Tech 31", by far the BEST mechanic I have ever let service my car. Nick has gone above and beyond the traditional Dealer Service department stereotype. He finds the direct problem, fixes it without the customer worrying about being over-charged or charged for unnecessary repairs. I could never say enough about JL Freed Honda Service... Old school honest - fair in price - trustworthy. 170K plus miles on my 2003 Honda Element thanks to Nick Tech 31. This dealership thinks people buying Cars from them should treat buying cars like buying gas from Wawa. So basically pay whatever is the sticker price. You have no clue as to what you are asking and the 200-300 dollars that they discount is like gold cash. Negotiation is tricky but these people gang up on you, the manager will come sit across from you with the sales guy and try to pressure- tactic you. I walked out of their office when they started giving me xx advice about prices instead of spending their time trying to make me a counter offer. Bunch of jerks instead of salesmen working there. Stay away.. far far away. Even their sticker prices are higher than around, dont go to them because you live close by, just buy the car somewhere else even if its 25 miles away. More
