I appreciated that from the moment we walked in the door we did not feel like I was going to be the victim of some "wheeling and dealing". They greeted me with a smile and relaxed manner asking how they co we did not feel like I was going to be the victim of some "wheeling and dealing". They greeted me with a smile and relaxed manner asking how they could help. When we told them we were interested in a car Pat then spent the first 30/45 minutes just talking about the car...very refreshing!!! When it came time to deal with the financial side Alex was very helpful and quick...we have young children so that was great! Even though Pat was helping someone else at the same time we never felt passed off or like he was just trying to get our money... I will recommend J.L. Freed to anyone interested in a car!! More

I had visited other dealerships but I really appreciated Ron's honest and forthright way of letting me know exactly when the bottom line was and what I would be paying for the vehicle. I went to the dealer looking at the CRZ and a Civic. Drove the CRZ and that was all I needed. Randi was great and walked me thru everything I needed to know.
