First, I was able to get an appt. within a good time frame, secondly I am so impressed with the Service at Jack Daniels Volkswagen In Fair Lawn, NJ.! First, I was able to get an appt. within a good time frame, secondly Michele at the front service desk came out to my car and listened attentively to my concerns and wrote everything down. I was shuttled to work and then picked up and brought back to service and my car was all done. It was sparkly clean and the new tires they put on had remedied the noise that was bothersome. Michele goes above and beyond. She made sure till the very end of the appointment that I was satisfied with the work and answered all of my questions.
