I've been back to Jack Kain Ford again. The 4th time in 2 years.  I keep going back because of the quality of their vehicles and the quality of their sales team.  I drove past 12 big Lexington dealerships to years.  I keep going back because of the quality of their vehicles and the quality of their sales team.  I drove past 12 big Lexington dealerships to get to the best,  which is only about 7 minutes from New Circle Road.  I bought a 2018 Ford Edge and I'm loving it!  Of course, my husband and I are big LuAnn fans.  She treats us like family and always makes sure she explains everything clearly and to our satisfaction.  I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience is in buying a vehicle at Jack Kain's.  I tell everyone I know to go there first when shopping. On a Saturday my husband and I decided to drive though the lot at Jack Kain and of course found several nice trucks. We asked for Mike who we have worked with before, but he was off so we meet Bradd. The BEST experience I have ever had with any car dealership! I bought my niece a 2017 Escape Titanium, with only about 15,000 miles, she couldn't love it any more.
