The service technician was very careless in taking care of my truck, that only has 31,500 miles. The service manager was very helpful assisting me in getting my truck repaired after it was damaged by the t of my truck, that only has 31,500 miles. I wish the technician would have just admitted to wrecking my truck, it makes me wonder what else could happen during the service that is not noted or reported. Honesty is always the best option.
