Isabelle is a knowledgeable service writer. I have only had oil changes done and no problem. Once brought in for decrease in gas mileage in new truck from 24mpg to 17 mpg on same highway and fe I have only had oil changes done and no problem. Once brought in for decrease in gas mileage in new truck from 24mpg to 17 mpg on same highway and feel Dave tried to make excuses and did not do the testing I asked for. I will try to have them look at the issue again without Dave giving excuses. My experience with Madden Ford has been excellent except for Dave and excuses. Sales was great and I expect service will be fine too! More

People are very friendly, especially Isabella! My one MAJOR gripe is, when I bring my car in for an oil change HOW DARE YOU charge me to top off my windshield washer fluid when #1 I DID NOT appro My one MAJOR gripe is, when I bring my car in for an oil change HOW DARE YOU charge me to top off my windshield washer fluid when #1 I DID NOT approve of this charge and #2 my husband had just topped it off 20 mins before dropping my vehicle off!! This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. We do not use your crappy blue liquid. We use a more expensive brand! Once again VERY DISAPPOINTED with this dealership! More
