Service Manager doesnt return phone calls. They give you the run around about when you'll get your vechile back and whats going to be services. My transmission blew before warranty was up and it was a horrible experience trying to get it fixed Fast forward 2 months later I get the truck back and they rebuilt the transmission. BUT in the process somewhere broke the dipstick bracket and returned it to me that way. The tranny dipstick is just wobbling around while driving eventually causing it to break AGAIN Which is what they said happened and why my tranny blew the first time. (because water came in thru the broken dipstick ) Since I picked it up hasn't returned 1 call or anything to rectify they problem they caused. Stripped the nut didnt attach the bracket and now im still chasing them. Chris Rielly does belong working with people because he clearly cant call back or return calls or transfer messages. Oh and when you ask for a receipt for your deductible payment he wrote in pen on your servic3 slip. Like how unprofessional is that. More
Recently had car serviced for windshield washer pump repair. They eagerly promised to pick car up for me but was very late in doing so. When car was finally brought to service, technician misdiagnosed problem. They spent the entire afternoon troubleshooting without success. I then had to travel to Jack Madden Ford to pick up car so I had transportation over Labor Day weekend. Upon returning the following week, found problem that first technician incorrectly overlooked. Part had to be ordered so car was serviced following day! I had to return to pick up car. And to my surprise, I had to pay hefty diagnostic fee as well as very high labor and part charge. Interestingly, I had an offer to have problem at a Jiffy Lube a week before for one-fourth the total cost of Jack Madden Ford. But I wanted to support a Ford dealership. Well, not this one anymore. Review so far: Normal 20k service & inspection sticker + whatever Ford had indicated for my bronco. Car was picked up at home yesterday morning (that service is nice)....... Promised contacts for updates have not happened on time, no one picks up the phone other than the dealer operator, no one is responding to texts currently. Had warranty done on a 2020 F150 replaced all related 4x4 parts in front end. Truck was in shop for 3 weeks but everything worked out fine.
