My experience at Jack Madden Ford was terrible. My salesman Robert is a "typical used car salesman". Even though I was looking at a new vehicle. He was rude, lied to me, made to feel foolish, and tre salesman Robert is a "typical used car salesman". Even though I was looking at a new vehicle. He was rude, lied to me, made to feel foolish, and treated me disrespectfully. I discussed this with the General Sales Manager Sean...he said he'd look into it and call me back - he never bothered called me back. Beware...if you're not new car savvy...look elsewhere. This is a bait and switch dealership. I should have read all the negative one star reviews on YELP prior to speaking with these people. Apparently - this is common behavior. More

No Answers or support. I purchased this 2014 F 150 in January of 2015. The back window defrost system died within a year. They replaced the window. Again the window was replaced. It has just happened again. I was told by the service department it would cost me $150 to find out what was wrong. They would not even call a Ford rep. They had me chase on the phone for two days. I left a message for the service manager. No response. I have had every service need done at this dealer. More
