My experience at Jack Madden Ford was terrible. My salesman Robert is a "typical used car salesman". Even though I was looking at a new vehicle. He was rude, lied to me, made to feel foolish, and tre salesman Robert is a "typical used car salesman". Even though I was looking at a new vehicle. He was rude, lied to me, made to feel foolish, and treated me disrespectfully. I discussed this with the General Sales Manager Sean...he said he'd look into it and call me back - he never bothered called me back. Beware...if you're not new car savvy...look elsewhere. This is a bait and switch dealership. I should have read all the negative one star reviews on YELP prior to speaking with these people. Apparently - this is common behavior. More

I had such a wonderful experience just last week at Jack Madden I would never go anywhere else. I purchased a pre-owned certified 2019 Fusion. This car is so beautiful. It has so many bells and extras I don't know if I'll ever learn them all! The car was a fantastic price and very low miles. Johnny Rodriguez was my sales person and was fantastic. Never felt any pressure and "sales tactics". Listened to me and what I wanted and produced. I even texted him on his day off! Highly recommend Jack Madden Ford and Johnny Rodreguez!!!! More

No Answers or support. I purchased this 2014 F 150 in January of 2015. The back window defrost system died within a year. They replaced the window. About a year later it hap I purchased this 2014 F 150 in January of 2015. The back window defrost system died within a year. They replaced the window. About a year later it happened again. Again the window was replaced. It has just happened again. I was told by the service department it would cost me $150 to find out what was wrong. They would not even call a Ford rep. They had me chase on the phone for two days. I left a message for the service manager. No response. I have had every service need done at this dealer. More
