Treated us with respect and courtesy not insulting us on our trade in and its value. I've dealt with many dealerships in the area and this was the best experience purchasing a car, On pick up day plates transferred and a sticker put on car and a full tank. (hear that Lawless). He took all the time we needed to explain all features and even programed my wife's phone into the Bluetooth. I cant recommend Madden Ford and its Sales Rep Joe Lovely enough. Thank You More
pleasant experience I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid from Jack Madden Ford. Our sales rep was Al Abramson. Al spent a lot of time making sure that he knew I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion hybrid from Jack Madden Ford. Our sales rep was Al Abramson. Al spent a lot of time making sure that he knew what I was looking for in a car. He knew everything imaginable about the car and answered all my questions. He was able to get me a good deal and did not pressure me at all to buy extras that I didn't need. Al has a interesting sense of humor and made the whole experience pleasant. The whole team at Jack Madden work together which is why I returned to this dealership again when I was ready to get a new car. More

This was my first of a diesel truck, so I had a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered and didn't rush me. He was not your typical sales representative. They also were able to give me a great deal on my trade and the truck I was purchasing. Even when it came to a couple minor issues such as stickers, remote and antenna problems they fixed the issues without hesitation. Their service department was just as friendly. Jodi ensured I was being tended too, while even the used car tech Craig was happy to answer any questions I had. This was one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. If you are ever looking to purchase a new or used Ford vehicle I would highly recommend Al and the Jack Madden Team! More
The company owes us money... it's been more than 3 months I have had the worst customer service experience ever!!! This is beyond ridiculous! To explain my problem, my husband and I purchased a car in Octob I have had the worst customer service experience ever!!! This is beyond ridiculous! To explain my problem, my husband and I purchased a car in October 2014. However, we overpaid as our bank did not deduct the amount of the car trade from the sale’s check. So when we bought the car, we were told we would receive a check for the amount that was due to us. Unfortunately, we never received the check. My husband called the salesman in December asking about the check. The salesman apologized, explained there had been a problem and promised to send us the check immediately. Well, in January, we still did not have the check. So I tried to call the salesman but got his answering machine, so I left a message, explaining the issue and demanding to receive the check within a week. So… a week later, still no check. Finally, I called today and asked to speak to a manager. I again explained the issue. He asked for the papers to be sent to him to prove that we overpaid. So I had to scan the documents in order to email them to him. Well… while I was scanning the documents, he put me on hold. After holding for 15 minutes, I hung up and called back… but I was told by the front desk that he was in a meeting… I mean… seriously???!!! She promised to have him call me back as soon as he was done with the meeting (it was about 5:30pm). At 7:15pm, still no call so I decided to call back… and it appeared that everyone had left since I got an answering machine. I am honestly beyond disgusted at this point!!! I understand that mistakes happen, I really do. But instead of fixing a little mistake, they are making it worse every time! This is really ridiculous! I honestly don’t understand how a company can treat customers like this. All they had to do was to send us the check. I have all the paperwork they need so I don’t understand why this is such a problem! Anyways, I feel like I have been more than patient and tried to resolve this problem many different times but to no end. I guess I just had the perfect storm of bad luck. But, the fact that I asked to speak to a manager in order to get the problem resolved once and for all, but to be treated like nothing and be completely ignored instead… that is just insane!! I personally feel frustrated and completely disgusted by this company. More
Poor Customer service My husband had been working with one of Jack Maddens Internet reps. We decided to go in to take a look at the Truck he was interested in. We met up with our rep and were handed off to a sales rep. We knew where we needed to be with our trade in and the purchase. After going back and forth about price and trade in, we weren't impressed with what they were offering. The sales rep told us that the deals we were offering were only available today (of course). When we said we weren't interested, she told us that she knew we were only using them for a price comparison and rudely asked if we were done. When we said yes, she quickly said bye and walked away. She acted as if we were rejecting her. I was appalled by her behavior and will never return to Jack Madden Ford. More

He was very knowledgeable with all questions we had regarding the purchase of the F350 ut I found Jarrod Santosuosso to be a no hassle sale person!! He was very knowledgeable with all questions we had regarding the purchase of the F350 utility truck. When it came time to sign paper work we were in and out in about an hour... That is an all time record for myself!!! Jarrod was nice enough to stay late to see us again when we doing paper work:) More

Bad Management Worst dealership experience i have ever had. DO NOT do Business with this dealership, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I Purchased a pre-owned F-150 from them on Worst dealership experience i have ever had. DO NOT do Business with this dealership, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I Purchased a pre-owned F-150 from them on 9/02/14. I needed a vehicle A.S.A.P. and expressed this to them. I was immediately assured by the General Manager Jason that the truck would go through service the very next day and that they would call me if there were any problems. I put a deposit down on the truck that day. After 2 days of not hearing anything i call the dealership and find out the saleswomen is no longer working there. I started working with another salesmen who again did not call me. After the 3rd salesmen Josh, the sale started to move forward. Josh was the only positive thing at this dealership. Returned my phone calls promptly and insured me everything was on track to take delivery of the truck quickly. I came in to sign all the paperwork and buy the truck only to find out the truck had never gone through the service department or even been cleaned for that matter. I was extremely frustrated at this point and the General Manager Jason told me that he made the decision not to send the truck in until after i had paid. Completely lied to my face just to make the sale! They told me the truck would be ready after 1-2 days,it just needed a windshield replaced and new front brakes. also there was no spare tire. Finally took delivery 14 days after putting down the deposit. Not exactly a quick sale that i was promised. Still no spare tire, was told a new one was ordered and just had not come in yet. I have called the dealership every week since i took delievery (9/2/14). The Managers never call back and i get no where. Here i am a month later and still no spare tire like i was promised nor any compensation for such a horrible experience. Not even a phone call from the General Manager. Please save yourself the aggravation and buy a vehicle elsewhere. More

I didnt feel pressured and in fact didn't have mu I had not bought a new car before but Al and the staff at Jack Madden made the process easy for me. I didnt feel pressured and in fact didn't have much time, so Al made the sale go through quickly and hassle -free. Also of note, my trade had unexpectedly broke down before trade in and the folks at Jack Madden helped make the trade in happen. I would recommend Al as a salesperson for anyone in the market for a new car. More
