I went to Jack Madden with my mother today because she was looking to buy a new car. Al Abramson greeted us and spent a lot of time with us finding the right car. My mother is older and has some issues with arthritis and was looking for a car that would be easy to get in and out of. Al really listened to what she was looking for in a car. He was so patient and friendly and not pushy at all. She ended up buying a great looking Ford Escape and we were very happy with the whole experience. After looking online at a number of cars I was contacted by the internet sales person, Armando. He was very pleasant and convinced me to come in and take a look. The only complaint was the truck was not ready when I came to pick it up. A date and time was agreed upon for pickup.
