Damaged my car Took my wife's car in for service. When I washed it a few weeks later noticed the front bumper was touched up called them they said they did not do i Took my wife's car in for service. So someone hit my wife's car and had touch up paint with them touched it up and left or what really happened is they hit it and didn't tell me. Amazing staff and very accommodating. I would at least try out this dealership if they have the car you want. They are accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and really try to make sure you I would at least try out this dealership if they have the car you want. They are accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and really try to make sure you get the vehicle you want for the price you want within reason. I was assisted by Martin Lupa III, a very nice man. He went above and beyond for me, even offering food to my friends who came along. He was not alone. I also witnessed another employee helping a costumer, who could only speak Spanish, by translating what she and her mother had to say to others and getting her the vehicle she wanted. All in all, a great atmosphere for a car dealership/service business. Well worth my time and it will be worth yours. More

Honesty and ethics should be first I was purchasing a new pacifica and my employer has an affiliated rewards program with Chrysler (they honor a specific discount). When I spoke with M I was purchasing a new pacifica and my employer has an affiliated rewards program with Chrysler (they honor a specific discount). When I spoke with Martin he took the rewards certificate and someone else came to get a copy of my employee ID because they were honoring the discount. After the sale was done I requested specifics regarding the discount I got because the information I got from the rewards program did not match the discount given by the dealer. When I questioned the difference Martin informed me they did not use the rewards certificate because I got a better deal without it. From the numbers it is clear the discount I got was not better . I think honesty, and ethics is not one of the dealers priorities, because this information was not what the employees of the dealer stated during contract signing I asked several times and the answer was always yes. Also I recommended someone to the dealer and they bought a car before I did. I did not even get a thank you for the recommendation from the dealer. More

Svet, the sales person, understood my needs and unconventional requirements for me to consider a personal visit. He complied and gained my trust. Consequently, I visited the store and they accommodated all my requirements and met my financial objectives. Svet did a fantastic job and Mike Sykora, Mgr., fully supported the transaction and did everything possible to meet my requirements. On the final transaction (paperwork), I was confronted with a dealership/buyer mediation agreement through the BBB. This is not a legal requirement yet, I was basically "forced" to sign if I wanted the vehicle. Other dealerships make this optional. I was uncomfortable with this forceful approach. More
