No strongarming...he let us look at what we wanted, and when he was unable to answer our questions, he found Sammy Ortiz, who could. They both worked on our quick timeline, let us look without pressure and when we asked to see a vehicle they didn't have on the lot, they arranged for us to see it first thing in the morning. It was a pleasurable buying experience, and we were done in 2 hours. Great attention, great service...and great new ride. More

Dodge Ram 2500 Ruben answered my phone call and we arranged to come to the dealership. I told him I wanted to see a truck on line and asked if he could please make s Ruben answered my phone call and we arranged to come to the dealership. I told him I wanted to see a truck on line and asked if he could please make sure it was still there he told me it was and that he would have it pulled up for me. When I got there I saw the truck as we drove on the lot in spite of a cold day with temps in the teens to single digits the truck was right up front. He showed me the truck and had the plates ready for a test ride. A few questions and seeing it was the truck I wanted Ruben helped me to get the best deal I could and even got me a rate much lower than I expected. Payments were what I could handle and the deal was made. Excellent dealership excellent salesman I got the truck of my dreams all in one day with out any drama or a bunch of high pressure. Thank you Ruben for excellent service and thank you for the help you gave to me and my wife and making us feel welcome. More
