I went into another dealership looking for a vehicle and pre-a I had a very bad experience with another dealership a year ago which affects me today. I went into another dealership looking for a vehicle and pre-approved for more than I needed. The salesman told me that "it wasn't a good time to buy a car, and if I don't have to, I shouldn't buy one." I was shocked and upset, and I ended up buying a vehicle at a different dealership the next day. This week, I brought my Mercedes in for service. Connie is the best service agent! She was so helpful and even arranged a loaner while repairs were made to my car. I absolutely fell in love with the loaner, and a day later I am thinking about trading my current Mercedes GLC 300 in for a pretty blue C class. Danny was more than happy to help me out, and it is clear that his ultimate goal is to provide the absolute best service to his clients. He priced out my vehicle for trade, took my husband on a test drive, searched my car for my title, and made me feel like he was happy to do business with me. Annet is so great at communicating everything about the loan and my additional coverages. I knew exactly what I was buying, and which coverage I received.
