Found a BMW M4 at there location, love the car, my sales person was friendly. Things I didn't like however I'm not going to dock the review for it, the check engine light came on within 72hrs of ownership, person was friendly. Things I didn't like however I'm not going to dock the review for it, the check engine light came on within 72hrs of ownership, I took the vehicle back in on Monday to have it ceramic coated it cost about 1k to have it done and it is probably the worse job ceramic coating a car I've ever had, I asked when I purchased it I'd the would buff the swirl marks out on the car prior to doing it, I was told they would spot buff the car to get the swirls out. Didn't happen. If I would have know this I wouldn't have bought it and would have had it done professionally outside of their dealership. When I picked the car up there was a lighter in the passenger seat (I don't smoke) and whoever detailed it looked to had used about 1/4 tank of gas. This erked me but it is what it is. All things said the staff was friendly and no transaction goes perfect so I'm not going to dock this dealership bc the experience was easy and straightforward. More

I live in the Dallas area, and was initially both pleased and frustrated to see the car I wanted show up in Tulsa, 230 miles away from my home. There was no reason for me to be frustrated. Blayne Hetro made the buying process a pleasure, with constant helpful communication. We worked via e-mail, text and phone calls to make the deal happen in a way that made us all happy. Kendall Taylor in the finance office was super helpful as well. I'm extremely happy with my car, and the deal I got. Very good folks at this dealership. More
