My C 300 repair was extensive. It required my car be left at the service department for an excess of three months. The part had to be built specific for my vehicle. In consideration I decided it would be bet at the service department for an excess of three months. The part had to be built specific for my vehicle. Disappointed when I got there. Was not greeted. Had to go get someone when 5 people staring at me. I had made appointment and didn’t know why I was there. 5 hours later called about car to find out oil cha get someone when 5 people staring at me. I had told them my ha and lights in dude mirror were not working aNd they just figured out it switch was off So they just started oil change. wouldnt u check that first. More

Jeremy was the best auto sales person I have ever had in my 40 years of driving and buying cars. The Cooper experience on a whole was slow but I think that was due to under staffing towards the end of the p my 40 years of driving and buying cars.
