Be prepared Its the small touches that made our (wife and I) visit special. To include: complementary snacks, and drinks (break area was very elegant). When we arrived the car we were going to test drive was out front, clean, and ready for inspection. Additionally, there was a cafe’ style sign with our names welcoming us. Nice Touch! The personnel were all polite, and well dressed without exception. My advice; come well prepared with information, paperwork, examples, etc to support your negotiations! These folks are professional and had lots of data to support their prices! While we all wish we could get a better deal (still feel they could have come down a bit more), and car sales are always us vs them in nature, they were indeed aggressively priced vs other dealers, and VERY transparent. I’d highly recommend Jackie Cooper and our Sales Professional Kendall Taylor. More
