Easy! We knew what we wanted when we walked in. Doc took us straight to the car, we jumped in and test drove it. Should have just done the deal right then We knew what we wanted when we walked in. Called Doc an hour and a half later. 5 minutes on the phone and we agreed to all the details. We got back to the dealership 20 minutes later. Within another 20 minutes we signed all the paperwork and we were done. Easiest car purchase ever! btw.... These folks know how to detail and service a car. It was in immaculate shape. They are used to dealing with nice cars and it shows. I honestly don't think you would ever regret doing business with Doc or anyone else at Jackie Cooper. More

Not wanting to help because you do not look or act a certain way. It was my first time purchasing a car and only came in with the intention of test driving. They are very good with maintaining their website to look at what they have before coming in as well. I decided to try Jackie Cooper out due to its great selection of used inventory. I was coming in from out of town and did not have time to hit every dealer in town. At Jackie Cooper I was able to test drive Porsche, BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes. They had Audis and other luxury cars as well. Brian my salesman was so incredible to work with! I cannot rave about him enough. During my whole 6 hours being there I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He was honest and a car enthusiast, ready to answer all my questions and beyond. After test driving so many brands I was starting to think I would have to settle. Brian suggested a Benz and it was love at first sit. It checked off all the boxes I wanted in a car. I want to thank the Jackie Cooper family for having Brian as a member. Thank you for listening and letting my first car purchase be stress free. It was so great I am already thinking about a second car from them. One of the best experiences I have ever had in my life, truly enjoyed learning more about cars. Their Finance department also earns a five star. Jeff really worked hard to make sure I was able to drive the car off the lot the same day. I appreciate how dedicated they are to their jobs. This dealership is currently under construction but don't let that drive you away, everything properly functions. Their remodeling is going very quick, I can not wait to see it next time I get my car serviced. More
