Cameron took us over to the detail shop to check it out as soon as we arrived. The car ended up being in pristine condition and we got a great deal on it but the best part about this experience is how we knew the whole time we were getting a great deal and weren't going to get screwed with just because we were young. Cameron was very straight-forward with us and never tried to talk us into purchasing the car. My husband and I definitely felt like we were in control during the whole process. Only Game in Town - No need for Customer Service If you want to buy a new Mercedes in Tulsa, sadly you must look at Jackie Cooper. They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a servic If you want to buy a new Mercedes in Tulsa, sadly you must look at Jackie Cooper. They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a service by selling you an automobile. The service department is no different. I have had multiple experiences with Jackie Cooper which also make me rethink driving a Mercedes if I am forced to deal with this dealership for service/repairs. Although I just purchased a 2015 G63 and also have a 2011 SLS, I am thinking of selling both automobiles just so that I do not have to deal with the attitude at the dealership. It is a systemic problem at the dealership and each time a bad experience happens, they indicate that it is being addressed. Interestingly, the next time you deal with the sales or service personnel, they continue with the same attitude. Unless you just cannot live without a Mercedes, I would look at another brand just so that you do not have to suffer through dealing with Jackie Cooper. This dealership needs to understand that there are other options. More
