I walked inside and Jerrid was there to help, he immediately knew what vehicle I was talking about and eager to help. He sat me down and offered me snacks and refreshments while he went to get the keys so we could take a test drive. I had forgotten to renew my license, so I rode in the passenger seat and he was happy to drive me around to at least experience the car that day. I told him about a trade in that I had and we set up a time to have me come in to have it appraised. They gave me a great price for my trade in, but I eventually sold it privately and made a little more money. Jerrid was the perfect salesman. He was not pushy, and was very engaging. He shared about his own personal life and was interested in knowing about mine in a genuine manner. He texted me later after we thought I wasn't going to be able to buy the Infiniti and wished me luck and even made a note about how he respected my dad for now allowing me to finance a large amount. I had my eyes set on that Infiniti and was able to sell my truck a few days later and came back to the dealership to buy it. When I got there I found out Jerrid was not available, but another salesman named Erin was. He was just like Jerrid, he was very friendly, engaging in conversation, and eager to help as well. He sat us down in his office and was patient as my dad and I had lots of questions. He went on a test drive with us and was even more patient as he allowed my dad and I to both drive, and even let us take it around another lap because my dad forgot to test the cruise control on the highway the first time. Once we got back we asked if we could take it ourselves to a trusted friend to have him look at everything and they were happy to let us do so. Everything on the car was perfect and we couldn't find anything to complain about because they take care of the cars on their lot very well. We bought the Infiniti and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this dealership because they have great prices on quality vehicles, they're friendly, and they're by no means pushy on their sales. If two of their salesmen are friendly, engaging, and happy to help, I can only imagine they are all trained that way which makes me want to recommend their dealership to anyone I know who is interested in buying a vehicle. Cameron took us over to the detail shop to check it out as soon as we arrived. The car ended up being in pristine condition and we got a great deal on it but the best part about this experience is how we knew the whole time we were getting a great deal and weren't going to get screwed with just because we were young. Cameron was very straight-forward with us and never tried to talk us into purchasing the car. My husband and I definitely felt like we were in control during the whole process. Jackie Cooper infiniti I have been the owner of infiniti fx models since 2005, I have had a 2004 fx35, than 2007 fx35 and almost 8 months ago I bought 2013 fx37, I drive a l I have been the owner of infiniti fx models since 2005, I have had a 2004 fx35, than 2007 fx35 and almost 8 months ago I bought 2013 fx37, I drive a lot and it had almost 30k miles on it, untill 50000 miles everything was fine but after 50k miles it just started making new noises, drives different, according to the Jackie Cooper infiniti tulsa that if the computer is not putting out and codes or warnings they can't do anything about it, that's what I was told, I know for a fact that my brakes are bad and need to be changed what I was told at the last oil change that my brakes are fine and the noise it makes is because it's a new technology they use. It seems like there is no real mechanic at that dealer ship, no matter how messed up your car is or whatever is wrong with it, they won't do anything unless computer tell them that some wrong with the car, but what if the computer is not working right, according to Jackie Cooper infiniti computer can never go wrong or break, and I got a degree in BSC. More

They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a servic If you want to buy a new Mercedes in Tulsa, sadly you must look at Jackie Cooper. They know this and appear to feel as if they are doing you a service by selling you an automobile. The service department is no different. I have had multiple experiences with Jackie Cooper which also make me rethink driving a Mercedes if I am forced to deal with this dealership for service/repairs. Although I just purchased a 2015 G63 and also have a 2011 SLS, I am thinking of selling both automobiles just so that I do not have to deal with the attitude at the dealership. It is a systemic problem at the dealership and each time a bad experience happens, they indicate that it is being addressed. Interestingly, the next time you deal with the sales or service personnel, they continue with the same attitude. Unless you just cannot live without a Mercedes, I would look at another brand just so that you do not have to suffer through dealing with Jackie Cooper. This dealership needs to understand that there are other options. More
