However once I was helped, I was impressed by the service provided. The vehicle was in for routine maintenance but I asked about getting recall repairs if the parts were available. A few minutes later the representative came back and confirmed that the parts were available and if I would be willing to add about 20 minutes to the wait time, they could do it today. Perfect! Kept me from having to return another day to have the recall work done. Another representative came in to give me the status of where my car was in the cue and when she left for lunch, she assured me that Brian would assist me if the vehicle was ready before she returned. Now that's great service! All three were professional, friendly and welcoming and the service experience was seamless between all three. More

Service personnel don’t seem to care When I arrived service advisors were sitting in their offices. They let me stand outside my vehicle for 5 minutes before some came by and asked if I had been helped. Service took 2 hours even though it was supposed to take 1 hour. Then they tried to charge me even though it is was prepaid went I purchased the vehicle. If I buy another Mercedes, it will be from a different dealer More

Wrongs righted My issued involved unacceptable wait times and unresponsive employees in the service department. My 2011 Panamera had a service engine light illumin My issued involved unacceptable wait times and unresponsive employees in the service department. My 2011 Panamera had a service engine light illuminated that called for immediate service. I called on 5/7 only to be told they could not get the vehicle in for service until 5/24. (my wife's Cayenne was also past due for an oil change, I was told 5/23 was the earliest they could get it in and provide a loaner vehicle. They were able to change the oil and replace the front brakes on 5/17 but without the use of the loaner vehicle.). I left multiple messages with the service advisor wanting to know when or if they could get the Panamera in(without a loaner car) but received zero replies.. I finally had to leave town on 5/21. My wife assumed the Panamera had been repaired drove the vehicle to Tulsa Hills where it went into limp mode. We had to have it towed to the dealership. Communication was finally received from Cooper via text mail informing me I now had a bill for $1100.00. I let my concerns be known to my salesman. Apparently he passed them on to the correct person. Cooper service department not only fixed the issue of the engine light but replaced an inoperative horn and did it at a substantial discount. Everyone makes mistakes, the way respond to our mistakes is what defines us as individuals and companies. Coopers service department willingness to address the issue in a tangible manner shows they truly care about keeping and growing existing relationships. In addition to the discount I was also provided the cell numbers of the service advisors. I would have no issues recommending their service department at this time. More
