We went in looking at a used vehicle and left with a new vehicle with payments that were in the price range we wanted. He was helpful and kept us informed about the ability to move up from used to new and wasn't pushy or forceful just a pleasure to work with. MJ Amini, from the Management Department wowed us when explained the payment options, but told us he could do better and lived up to his word by showing us a 13% rate at the beginning and didn't want us to have a rate that high and went to find a better one. Ten minutes later he came back with a 5.4% rate and shocked us both. We were looking at other Nissan dealerships and came to Jackie Cooper before we ended our search on that Tuesday night and we're so glad we did. More

Island was so great we drove 41/2 hours for this vehicle and she was great. Dealt with her all week and she never once gave me the feeling that I was bothering her and that she didn’t want to answer my cal and she was great. Getting the deal done was easy. However the next day the right front tire had a bubble coming from the sidewall. It should have been noticed by the inspectors.
